Tomb of St. Philip

It is being reported that the tomb of St. Philip has been discovered in Turkey.  You can read the story here. This would be great if it was true.  The news story does not offer evidence.  It simply says that "The structure of the tomb and the writings on the wall proved it belonged to St. Philip."  I can't imagine how the structure of the tomb would prove that it was the tomb of an apostle.  I suppose there could have been something about it that indicated that some early Christians used it as a place to venerate Philip.  It is hard being a skeptic!  I would love to find more information about this.
